The PCC is governed by an independent board, comprising of Executive and General bodies (GB). To oversee and advise the Executive Committee (EC) and Management as a whole, there is an Advisory Committee comprising of 3 members with a representative of the Brothers of Taize as founder. The election of the EC is held every 3 years. By role and protocol, the Executive Director of the organization, the Secretary of the EC as well as the GB.
